MFC 9130 CW paper jam with clicking noise.

my MFC 9130CW got paper Jam with a clicking noise when it start printing.
I found one gear was broken. it is above the fuser. there are 2 white gear connected together. the broken one is the lower outsider one with a bar.

I guess it should be the root cause. if I push the broken gear up and closer to other gear, the clicking noise will disappear and everything is normal.

Any expert can help to confirm it and tell me the name of the part and how to assemble it?
