MX-2640 virtual queue settings keep resetting

We have a follow me queue based on the MX-2640n driver and almost every day we have to change the setting for the finisher option to enable users to staple from the queue.

Any ideas?

Hi Caugdahl and thanks for the response

Papercut is our chosen Print Management software. Its a standard nul port with the sharp MX-2640n PCL6 driver, <20 devices hand of the queue but only 6 have staple units. We can set Finisher as the Output Tray Option on the Configuration Tab of the queue but it will reset to None usually within 24-48 hours. I've not been able to track down what is triggering this.
