MyEpson 1900 shows no ink red light

Hi,
I bought an 8 color printer with Epson 1900 mechanism and it has been showing a no ink sign with a red indicating sign on the front panel (as shown in the attachment) and it wouldn't print, even though the CIS is filled with ink.
This problem has made me change a couple of parts in the machine but i still get the same answer, i have change the CIS chips, i have change the MAIN BOARD but problem persists, even though it calibrates normal but it wouldn't print.

Please i need an advise for a solution.

Have you tried putting in original ink cartridges to see if the error goes away? If it does the fault is with the CISS.
