Naming Scanned Files Using the WF-4740 All-In-One

Does anyone have experience with this All-In-One? I am perplexed that when scanning, it does not seem to allow me to name the saved scanned file a name of my choosing. Rather, I am having to save with the name it gives it and then go back and rename the doc after the fact. Can anyone shed any light? I just bought this and have been unable to find answers on the Epson support area. Thank you.
