Need a new printer!

Hi all,
My old Canon MP560 has recently died and I am in need of a new printer. I need a printer with these attributes:
Rear feed
4 or more refillable ink tanks
Inexpensive refills, relatively speaking!
I'm the sec/tres of 2 local car clubs and need to print membership cards on a continuous basis. Rear feed printers are the only ones that I know of that can feed card stock reliably.
Any help is much appreciated.

If you are close to a relatively large city, would a used printer from Craigslist be an option to consider?

Do you refill your own cartridges, or buy non-OEM refills?

The latest Canon printer generations are getting more and more hostile to refilling, That impacts not only the person who refills their own carts, but commercial refillers.
