hey guys i have a lexmark p6250 all in one pritner, it's printing but not scaning, in device manger theres like a yellow mark under imaging devices which shows the lexmark scaner, this is what it says as device status:Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
i have tried deleting all the values in the registry but as soon as i start installing the drivers i get the same problem. any advice would be great.
