I can print an eBay invoice page from online, but when i try to print from excel, nothing. This is constantly an ongoing problem. Sometimes rebooting helps, most of the time it doesnt.
Same for the scanner. One day it just stopped scanning. Had to buy a cheap cannon just to scan, now I use it to print for when my epson decides not to work.'
Also, for the record, ive spent endless amounts of time troubleshooting with little to no results (usually no results)
