hi,
I have printer OKI 3320 and printer work fine many years.But before 6 mounts I change orientation of my documents from portrait to landscape and from then printer broke two printer heads in the same way. First pin of the head can`t back in normal position.I open the head connection between base and pin is not good. When that happen for first time i say it ok and buy a new head, but when that happen and second time by the same way i say something is wrong and i don`t know what is wrong Can you help my?
