HELP!
Every quarter we need to print a batch of invoices, usually over 500 invoices, but the printer will start the print job and get thru less than 50 and it won't register with the software that those have been printed. so it is very tedious having to figure out what has and has not printed.
I'm wondering if this could be caused by a memory issue with the printer??? this is the only time it happens. any other time 25-30 statements there's never a problem.
