OKI C331DN Menu Screen Blank

All of a sudden, my "attention" light has come on but, at the same time, the menu screen has gone blank so I have no idea what is causing the light? The menu screen is backlit but nothing appears on it.

I've tried turning on and off and nothing changes.

The printer continues to work flawlessly.

Any ideas of what could be causing this issue?
