Oki C531dn duplex printing problem

I have just bought an Oki C531dn colour laser printer and am having a problem when printing duplex pages of more than 9 sides. The printer prints up to page 9 and then stops. I have then to print page 10 onwards as a separate print job. I haven't yet tried to print anything longer than 15 sides so don't know if the same thing happens after 19 pages. Has anyone else had this type of problem or know of a solution? I can't find any posts on here about the same issue.
