I had a paper jam, cleared it, and now the printer won't print because it says the cyan printer drum is not properly installed. I have re-installed it a half dozen times, but it still won't work. I remove the cartridge, then the drum, then reverse the process. No go. There doesn't appear to be a physical anomaly, so could it be software?
