OKI ES3640 White Mark on Cards

Hi, im new to OKI printers , and large laser jet printers so not sure of diagnostics etc.

When printing i get a line where the image rubs off.. can be in any colour but almost looks like its getting cut off. sometimes i think its ok, then if i rub over the image the same line will rub off.

attached a photo if ti helps.. any help will be much appreciated!

i have also done some more testing as below.

Did a full colour page on each CMYK colour and happening on all of the colours.

Tried on heavy card, medium paper and standard - all happening

Have tried using the manual feed ( which is what i need to be using) and using thinner paper through the normal tray and still the same outcome, so not sure if this is a feeding issue, or laser etc?
