we bought new OKI 691 to replace 621 that broke... however we have a problem setting the tear to enable go up more.. to be exact one inch more than normal.. The invoices we print doesn't go up enough in order to cut the right way without damage the invoice that that's what happen... IF any one knows the settings We appreciated any help...
