I came across a Okidata microline 590 printer and I cannot get the red alarm light nor the 15 to go away. I do not have tractor feed paper so I've been feeding single sheets through the top. I've referred to the manual and if I can remember to clear this alarm you press the shift and reset button. All this does is feed the single sheet through the rollers but the alarm persists. Also, I looked up instructions to test print - press and hold the tf button while you power it on. This does not work and the alarm is still there. Can anyone steer me in the right direction. Thanks.
