Good day,
I have a new Okidata 391 Turbo printer. This is attached to the network with its own NIC card.
The printer starts to print but stops after the first line is printed and then it stops with the Alarm light flashing.
I have cleaned the printer and changed the ribbon. It worked for a little bit but it has started
acting up again. Do you think it could be the printhead?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
