OKI Pro910 Error 125 MPT lift Fail

Getting 125 fatal error code after every other load or unload of paper in MPT since replacing MPT assembly because of broken tray. Checked connectors and try operation. Sounds like it struggles to move the tray. I'm guessing the drive motor, but looking for any history of this problem from an OKI tech before I order more parts.
