Paper stuck at halfway

When i start printing, the printer pulls the paper in and it stucks at about halfway, but when i turn it off or press the cancel button (the arrow button) it pushes the paper off without any printing. What could be the problem? Please help, bc i just bought both ink and i don't want them to dry out.

Using: HP Deskjet 5150
Windows 7 64bit
