Phantom Print

We have a number of Canon printers on a print server. Every other day they spit out random prints like attached, typically 4 print jobs of 3 pages each within a time period less than 1 minute. In the print report, the print job name is always 'None' and user who printed is always blank. Has anyone experienced this before as we have been unsuccessful in finding the source of this print, or any suggestions how to find the source?
