Pixma MG2520 Won't Feed Paper

This printer not used all that much. One day it stopped feeding paper. Sometimes I get message that there is jammed up paper in the machine. There is not. I tried cleaning the rollers with water the Q Tips, as Canon advised, but still doesn't work.

Any suggestions/
