Just bought and set-up this wi fi printer/scanner/copier. Printer and copier work fine but when I try to use the scanner I get error code E 3 1. No reference to this code in any of the supplied literature. Any ideas please!
Try uninstalling the drivers and then download the latest ones and then restart the computer. Then install the drivers you downloaded. This should sort out your issue.
