Hi - just an FYI, I am an infant when it comes to understanding technology, so please bear with me and if you have some help to offer please explain in the most laymans terms possible! Two questions:
1) My new printer sends faxes, but does not receive. I tried fax only mode, and fax priority mode but no dice. Can anyone offer a solution?
2) My second question is related to the first: is there an online site I can access that would permit me to test my fax receipt capabilities? As it stands now, I send a test fax from my work to my MX340 at home. If I could test while at home at my fax/printer it would obviously be much easier.
