PIXMA MX522 Number pad question

To connect to a network I have to dial in a pass phrase that has both letters and numbers. The letter part works fine but for the life of me i can't figure out how to convert the pad so that I can enter the numbers in the pass phrase. Thank you any help would be appreciated.
