I have a pixma Pro9500 MKII, I have been quite ill and not used it in a couple of months so it didn't surprise me when some of the ink didn't print I though they may have dried up. So after doing the cleaning and deep cleaning I still had the same problem. So I decided to wash the print head with distilled water to see if the freed things up a bit. It seemed to work slightly but I am still missing some colors like Red Cyan and magenta, with the other colors very pale. I am not sure what to do now I cannot afford to take it to a repair shop at the moment but I really need it to work for me. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
