Please help CLP-315W black line across prints

Hey guys. I was given a clp-315w by someone and after putting new toner and a new drum into it, it still smears a big black line across every page it prints.
I've removed the toners and drum unit, and also the black runner belt unit. I cleaned the runner with isopropyl alcohol and everything else is new, but I still keep getting these black lines.
Please, can someone tell me how to fix this?

could you post a sample of the black lines
have you checked the fuser
and did you clean the cleaner unit of the runner belt unit

Attached is a pic of a test page I printed. As far as the other 2 parts, I have no idea what/where they are, nor how to clean them.
I'm sorry, I'm a complete novice with laser printers.
