Print One Document On Two Same LPT Printer Through Direct and Print Server?

I have Two Printer LPT Same Model Printer..One Direct Connect to Computer and 2nd is Backup Printer is connected though IP Fast Ethernet Print Server. but i don't know how is possible..i want print same document though one command in both Printer... Same Document and Same Time...

Printer is Epson TM T81 (2 Printer)
Dlink Fast Ethernet Print Server DP-301P+
