Print quality Epson SX535WD

I've acquired an Epson SX535WD. It runs pretty well, but one problem I have is that I can only select Standard Print quality." Operation invalid" shows if I try to adjust. Can live with that as most of my printing is document, but would be nice to be able to select Best quality for occasional photo printing. Would be grateful for any suggestions or advice.
