Printer for a student?

Hi all,
Excuse me for using bad forum or bad subforum but I'm in a market for a new printer. Now I have Canon MG3050 which I refill from inks sold by local reseller. I'm a student with pretty high monthly print count (around 100+ per month) and I'm looking for new printer since I already spent 100 dollars for new CL/PG cartridges because every time I only barely touch print heads accidentally they break. I know I could buy cheap laser and only buy toners but I require colour printing (since I study medical high school, a lot of my printing benefits from colour and sometimes I print photos on 4x6)
I'm not very picky about quality (anything that is comparable to my MG3050 in terms of quality is fine)
My only requirements are : as cheap as possible, automatic duplex printing, borderless 4x6 photo print, easy to refill (either integrated printheads in the printer and cartridges serving only as ink "holders" without need for complicated chip swaps, etc. or ink tank printer), WiFi printing
Optional : automatic scanner, A4 borderless, above A4 photo print (I usually only print A4 and 4x6), Linux drivers
Pricepoint : Absolute maximum is 300USD
My suggestions : EPSON EcoTank ITS L4160, Brother MFC-T910DW, Non-Inktanks - HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 (if somebody has it, what about refilling?)
