Printer not printing with full ink cartridges

I own an Epson 1430. I have cleaned the heads numerous times. But when I try to print a test page it prints extremely light or nothing at all shows up. It seems to be working fine with the exception of extremely light or no printing showing up at all. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Maybe your printer head is clogged, you have to clean using a special head cleaning fluid.
