Hi, my name is Andy & I do all of the design & web work at SoundEarphones.com.
We've been spending so much money getting stuff printed, namely 4.25 x 5.5" cards, we've decided just to handle it ourselves and buy a printer.
We're looking at the Xerox Phaser 7800/GX - also the Phaser 6700 seems pretty good, minus the paper volume and the fact it can't print Tabloids.
OUR USAGE
We'll be printing 4.25 x 5.5 cards, and would like to do some catalogs of our products.
+ Paper thickness is kind of important, particularly with the 4.25 cards.
+ Color print quality needs to be awesome!
+ No use for auto staplers or sorting, as we really just need good print quality
WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK!?
Are these good choices, is there something else in the same price range that might work best?
Unfortunately, I'm not too well versed in printers, just in design & print format. A lot of information out there so I figured I'd just ask the community.
