My Windows 10 PC cannot find the Ricoh IM C3500 printer through the USB cable. I have turned off the printer - connected to the PC - and restarted the printer, but nothing happens. My old MPC3003 Ricoh did not have the same problem. Here my PC found the printer right away. I have tried changing cables and tried on other PCs. Same result. Is the USB port turned off somewhere in the system or what can be done?
