Am having Taskalfa Kyocera 3200i, the problem is that whenever I print or photocopy any given document, at the side of the paper there is a black band that comes up and there is a message that says (DP-7160 DOCUMENT PROCESSOR) THIS MASSAGES APPREARS ON EVERY PAPER I PRINT
I WOULD LIKE MAKING STOP
