Questions about samsung clp770nd

Hi all,

Nice to meet you guys. I have a printer in my working company using clp770nd to print cheque which only use black color. Now the printer monitor said M and Y are low (may be due to washing/clearing). We first time facing it with a more than 5 years use of this printer because we only use black color. I just wonder if I only do the black color printing, will this printer keep working as normal even M and Y are complete run out or I must replace them in order to print anything?

The Samsung clp770nd models are reported to have problems due to low M and Y. The printer will still work as normal, but the M and Y values will be high. If you are encountering this issue from a long-term perspective, it is best to recalling the printer to fix the issue.
