Richo MP 2550 can be work with Server 2016?

Hello everybody how you doing?

I have two server one with windows server 2008 R2 and the other with windows server 2016. Im try to locate a folder into 2016 server from the printer and im not found it. I checked the shared options of the folder and everything its ok.

What can be happened?
