Hello!
We recieved a Ricoh MP 3003 (green line) and after the Ricoh-people were here and installed everything an error icon with an exclamation point appeared. I've attached images from my computer (mac) but it's the same thing on my colleagues windows computer. No warning messages appear if I open the printer window and nothing shows up in the printers interface itself.
I can't seem to troubleshoot it anywhere. Any pointers on where I can find more info about what the printer wants?
