Ricoh MP C2004 Scan to email stoped working

Hi All,

We have a Ricoh MP c2004 that randomely stoped scanning to email.
We have tried certain things without luck, so I wanted to reset the printer to factory settings.
Problem is I cannot find, how to reset the printer to factory settings.
Any help is apprecieated.
