Samsung 460fw colour laser printer

Hi guys my laser printer has started printing thick horizontal black,blue,red and yellow lines across 3/4 of the page starting from the left, tried new toners and no different. cleaned all through the printer and no difference. removed the the image unit and cleaned it, after that the lines had faded a little but now i think l have damaged the drum as there is no print on the pages only the the lines any suggestions please view attached file
