Hi I have an odd one here. This printer will only print a greyscale sheet. If I try to print in colour, the file gets sent and the printer processes it - and processes it - etc, etc. but no final printout . It churns away, I can hear the usual high pitched sounds, rollers turning. just no final print out. even after 5 minutes. Yet in greyscale it works fine. It does this with printer properties sheet too. Any ideas on what is this issue or what to look for will be most welcome. Thank you.
P.S. This is not a driver issue as the Properties page is generated even when the printer is not connected to a computer.
