Samsung M2825DW Word table produces error

Samsung Xpress M2825DW Win 7 64bit. I can print normal Word files. When trying to print business card media using a business card template an error pops up and the red light comes on. I can't print thru the manual feed or from the tray. The tray has 1/2 inch of paper.

Doesn't matter if using plain paper or business card media stock I get the same errors.
