Dear all,
since a week i have a confusing error at my Smasung ML-2251N printer.
We use the printer in our company since 2006, about 85.000 pages were printed yet.
The toner was empty, so I insert a new one (original samung toner).
After that the printer began with a control run, which stopped after 2 seconds.
The red error LED went on.
I made some try with the new and the old toner, but the result was the same.
I opened the printers control site, which said, that it's a paper jam.
We controlled that, but theres no paper jam.
Has anyone an experience with that?
Could it be, that a sensor breaks just after i changed a toner?
Who can fix that?
The official Samsung support has no idea.
