Samsung ML-2855ND: can printing problem be fixed or do I have to throw it away?

Hi, my old Samsung printer started to print weird lines at the top of pages. See the two attached. This happened around the time I changed the toner last time. I changed it again, using a different generic toner product, but the problem persists. Is there a way of fixing this easily or do I have to throw it away? I also had some issues with loose toner on pages and in the printer and cleaned all that.
