setting print job for each clients seperately in a network

hi all.
i have win server 2003 and my clients used to print shared printer which is connected one of the clients. i have shared printer for all the clients and which is list in AD. my clients disturbed print jobs in a queue which interrupt some of the clients to continue their print. how do i manage print jobs per client and set separate print jobs for each client in this network?
