Sharp printer CE 00 error while scanning

In sharp mx 5000n, i'd setup scan to metwork folder with windows 10 os. But when tried to scan, it was showing as "selected server not found" error. Then i tirn off the antivirus and tried. Then it was showing CE 00 error. What can i do to solve this problem? Can anyone help me pls.
