I don't have a machine in front of me so I cannot determine this however I'm assuming this is a very simple question (it's for one of my sites in another state).
We have a site that has 11x17 double sided documents and is trying to reduce them to 8.5 x 11 single sided documents. That should be very simple correct? This can be done as a single step copy? Just set the source and destination sizes and then go into the duplex/series option and change output to 2 sided --> 1 sided?
We have some users complaining about how much time this is taking while I'm pretty sure it's a very basic function that should take a few seconds. Thanks.
