[SOLVED] Epson WF-3720 error 000103

Hi,

Yesterday I inadvertently shocked my Epson WF-3720 printer.
Then at the end of the next print, the printer went into an unknown error in the user guide: 000103.
By chance, I found a solution that worked for me, so I share it with you.

Here is what I did: (Sorry, my Printer was set to French)
1- Open the Document cover + Scanner Unit
2- Use "Maintenance" menu
3- "Ink Cartridge Replacement" option
4- Next
5- Start
6- Remove the litle black cover plate
7- Touch the connection to insure it is connected
8- Completed
9- Just wait 4 mn until the end of the reset

I also have the same problem, but I turn on the printer, there's a loud gear noise trying to attach something then it show the 000103 code in solid , I cant press anything on it, do you have the same issue?
