Star Micronics Receipt Printer not recognized, help please

Hi All,

I have a Star Micronics Printer TSP100Eco. I downloaded the drivers and software(FuturePrnt) but it won't print. If I plug in the usb it spits out a receipt but that's it. When I go to print it give me an error message in the spooler. This is not connected to a cash register, just my computer. I'm running Windows 10 on a Lenovo All-In-One desktop. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
