Samsung c1860fw buzzing on start up and wont turn on issue

i have a samsung c1860fw color laser printer that has worked great for the last year and half, turned on today and it is making a buzzing type sound and wont stop untill I unplug it ( actually makes sound while turned off). It also has a blank lcd panel as if getting no power, but the on/off button lights up blue ..... been searching for a while and have found nothing, any help would be greatly appreciated,
