SU firmware update resuming issue

I'm seeing this on the screen "SU firmware update resuming issue", i have tried the solutions i have read online to solve it but none is working, tried to used firmware update tools, not seeing the printer and also set the snmp, so i'm looking for who has the same issue and solved it, Thanks
