Hello, does anyone know where I can download the firmware for the MP501, I have searched everywhere on the ricoh website but I can't find it, I need to update all the firmware to see if it solves a configuration problem in ipv6, thanks

Hello Vinny, thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, I had already tried this. However, the firmware is not available for download, there is only the update tool and it does not have the required firmware files.
