I’m having an issue with my Ricoh SP C250SF printer.
When I try to print, the first page prints successfully, but the second page does not come out and I get a “Tray error” (MAG Standard).
There doesn’t seem to be any mechanical issue or paper jam, since one page prints without any problem. The issue only happens when I try to print a second page.
Does anyone know what could be causing this?
Also, I’m not sure if this is normal for this model (I haven’t used it before), but I hear small clicking noises before and after printing.
